Clean Up The Waitomo Garden

On Saturday, We T.I.A. Tasuno International Association members gathered and worked for the Waitomo Garden in The Tatsuno Dohyo Park.



We cleaned the garden up on Saturday.
See, it has been changed goooood now.
We'll welcome 8 guests from Waitomo next week, and more visitors will come in the Fire Fly Festival 2013. Come and see the garden and carvings !!

the 10th Shiromae st. SAKURA Festival



We hold the SAKURA Festival in this year too.
T.I.A. Chairman Kimihiko Akahane declared  the Festival's opening.

Vice-Mayor Ryutaro Hayashi greeted.


The council chairman Norio Yagasaki greeted.

The members of T.I.A. prepared the foods for the festival.

Well Come Back

 After 7days, the students have came back to Tatsuno.



 We welcomed them at the Town Hall, and had a little ceremony.

THE DEPARTURE

The Home-Stay Program Students had a departure for the way to Te-Kuiti NZ.
We had a ceremony for their departure.




I and Ms. Kanazawa went to the Centerair with them.

The Last Orientation

We had the last orientation for the 18th Students' Exchange on Feb. 23.



They almost finish the practice of self-introduction.

They practiced again on the next day !

Roll Play for Home Stay Program Students

We the T.I.A. have an orientation program as a roll play for the students.
The students were divided 4 groups, as 1: Home 2:School 3:Class room 4: Shop...
And they tried speaking in English at the each groups.
Before roll play, the students practicing a dance performance 'Nanchu Sohran'





And after then, they try English conversation.





And after roll play, we had a pizza party.

Orientation Program for the Students

Jan. 26: The Students learned Calligraphy from Mr. Akahane.

 They showed foreigner's name in Kanji "Japanese Calligraphy".
They did the practices of dance for the performance in NZ. It is not ready to show now, but they will do it soon.
