On May 27th, the 2023 general meeting of the Tatsuno International Association was held at the Tatsuno Volunteer Center.
This year, we narrowed down the number of guests and held it on a small scale, too.
Odd-numbered years are the years when officers are elected.
Five proposals including executive appointments were approved, and this year's activities were able to start in earnest.
The next day, the 28th, we did maintenance work at Waitomo Gardens. From 7:00 in the morning, a large number of board members participated in the pruning of azaleas and the removal of fallen leaves.
辰野国際交流協会 2023年度総会
5月27日、辰野国際交流協会 2023年度総会が町ボランティアセンターで開催されました。
今年も、ご来賓の方を絞って、小規模で行いました。
奇数年は役員改選の年で、今年も理事の皆さんに無理をお願いして役職に着いて頂きました。
役員人事を含む5議案が承認され、今年の活動も本格的にスタートすることが出来ました。
明けて28日は、さっそくワイトモ・ガーデンの整備作業。朝7時から大勢の理事の皆さんに参加していただきつつじの剪定と落ち葉除去を行いました。
